PNW To Whistler Trip!

 


Hi everyone! We're so excited to announce our PNW to Whistler B.C MTB-Vacation package! September 5th - 13th 2025

We invite you to join our guided Chainline excursion to Bellingham Washington, Whistler, and Squamish this summer. We are prepared to finalize travel plans and accommodations, so continue reading for details on how to participate!

The trip cost is $4250 and includes:

Shuttle pick up at airport on day one!

2 days of riding in Bellingham Washington

2 days of guided riding in Squamish

Hidden Peak heli-biking! 

3-day pass to Whistler Bike Park

1 day pass to top of the world in whistler 

Mechanical support through duration of trip

Coaching / bike set up and tech support available throughout entire trip

All transportation provided  through duration of trip

Bike transport from San Diego through duration of trip and back to San Diego (you will not have to fly with your bike)

World class lodging in Bellingham, Squamish and Whistler

Free Bike tune and inspection 2 weeks prior to departure

All rides are professionally documented for you

Airfare is separate, so we have not included this in the price. We will be happy to book airfare for an additional cost of $650 per person.

A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance for the trip will be due 30 days prior to Day 1 of the trip. 

Comprehensive Medical Insurance (covering aircraft evacuation) is required for all participants. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance (such as Travelex or Allianz).

PNW & Canada 2025

9 Day Itinerary

 

Day 1.

Welcome to Washington! Everyone catches a flight to Bellingham where Alex and Jason will be waiting with the Shuttle vans & bikes ready to load everyone up and head to the first accommodation! Once arrived & unloaded (if time allows), we will head out for our first evening ride of the trip!

Day 2.

Galbraith laps! Riding some of the best trails Bellingham has to offer before heading to Canada. We aim to get out on the trails early and ride until lunch time. 2nd half of the day will consist of loading back in the vans and heading to our Airbnb in Squamish!

Day 3.

Welcome to SQUAMISH! 1st ride in Squamish. Wake up, load in the vans and head to the university trails for a full day of Guided Squamish epicness. Trails will be a mix of Loam, slabs, flow/jumps & incredible scenery. On the to-do list, full and half nelson, angry midget, airplane mode, In-n-out & some off trail loamers. E-bikes will be most recommended

Day 4.

Day 2 in Squamish. . On this day we will head up to the Chief. We will trek up the logging roads to Loop the top of the Chief. This will take most of the day. The end of the day will consist of hangin at the Airbnb, BBQ and loading up the vans once again!

Day 5.

Off to WHISTLER! This will be an early morning because we have a FLIGHT TO CATCH! Once in whistler, we will check into the Aava Hotel then gear up for our Heli drop with AlpX in Pemberton BC.

Day 6.

Park laps! This will be day 1 of 3 in the Whistler bike park.

Day 7.

2nd day in bike park. More park laps and whistler village hangs.

Day 8.

3rd day in bike park / Top of the world day. Included in the trip, you will get a Top of the world pass! We will decide as a group on a specific time to experience this one-of-a-kind Descent!

Day 9.

Pack up and head home! Back to Washington we go, cross the Canadian boarder and get everyone back to the airport!
